TableMacros
Delete your TableMacros account
TableMacros is made by Montgomery Appworks LLC, 9905 S Pennsylvania Ave Ste A, Oklahoma City, OK 73159.
You can ask for your account to be deleted in the app, or by email from the address on the account.
Delete it in the app
- Open TableMacros.
- Open Goals, then Account. The account button at the top of the screen opens the same Account panel.
- Tap Delete my data.
- Confirm the prompt.
If you are signed in, TableMacros asks the server to delete the account. When that succeeds, your sign-in is deleted. The synced data stored for that account is deleted with it: your profile (goals, preferences, and details you entered such as age, height, weight, and activity), favorite restaurants, go-to meals, weigh-ins, and food log. The app also clears the TableMacros data saved in this browser.
If you are not signed in, there is no account on the server. The same button clears the goals, logs, favorites, and other TableMacros data saved on this device.
If the server cannot finish removing the sign-in, the app deletes the synced logs, go-tos, favorites, and profile, signs you out, and says the sign-in email will be removed within 7 days.
Delete it by email
Email support@montgomeryappworks.com from the email address on the account. We delete the account within 30 days.
What is deleted
When the in-app delete succeeds, we delete the sign-in and the synced profile, goals, favorites, go-to meals, weigh-ins, and food log. The app copy of that data on the device is cleared too. An email request deletes the account within 30 days.
What is kept, and for how long
- Account data is kept until you delete the account. After a successful in-app delete, the synced data above is removed as part of that request. An email request is finished within 30 days. If the in-app delete cannot remove the sign-in, the app says that email will be removed within 7 days.
- Deleting the account does not cancel an App Store, Google Play, or web subscription. Cancel a store subscription in your store account settings, and cancel a web subscription from the link in your receipt.
- A founding-tester signup is a separate list: the email, the time you signed up, and the optional tips choice if you ticked that box. Deleting the account does not remove it. Email support@montgomeryappworks.com to delete that signup. No founding-tester emails are sent during the beta.
- Optional reminder subscriptions (the browser push subscription, the times you picked, and your time zone) are kept only while at least one reminder is on. Turning all reminders off deletes them from our server. If the browser says the subscription has expired, we delete it then. Account deletion does not by itself delete that reminder record. Name, email, location, and the food log are not stored with it.
- A menu-number correction you submit is stored separately from the account. Account deletion does not remove it. Email support to ask us to delete it.
- A record of whether a subscription was active, if we have one for the account, is not removed by account deletion. The subscription itself is not canceled.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, such as IP addresses, for a short period for security and rate limiting. The privacy policy does not set a longer retention period for those logs.
