Terms of Use

These terms apply to TableMacros (tablemacros.app and the TableMacros apps for iPhone and Android), offered by Montgomery Appworks LLC ("we"). By using TableMacros you agree to them.

Not medical advice

TableMacros gives general nutrition information to help you choose meals. It isn't medical, dietary or allergy advice. Talk with a doctor or registered dietitian about your needs, especially if you are pregnant, have a health condition, or have an eating disorder.

Nutrition data

Restaurant data comes from chains' published nutrition information and may be out of date, vary by location, or change with preparation. Numbers you type and nutrition-label readings can be wrong. Always confirm allergens with the restaurant.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping access to your email secure. Don't misuse the service, try to break or overload it, or scrape it. You can delete your account anytime in the app (Goals › Account › Delete account).

TableMacros Premium subscriptions

TableMacros Premium costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year (US prices; local prices may vary and are shown before purchase). New subscribers may get a 7-day free trial, once per account.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase, or when the free trial ends if you started one.
Your subscription renews automatically at the same price for the same period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
You can manage or cancel anytime in your App Store or Google Play account settings (also linked from the app under Goals › Settings › Manage subscription). Canceling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the paid period.
If you cancel during a free trial, you won't be charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
On the website, when you subscribe, payment is charged by Stripe through RevenueCat Web Billing at the price shown before you pay. You can cancel a web subscription from the management link in your receipt or in the app. Refunds for those web purchases are handled through Stripe. App Store and Google Play refunds stay with Apple or Google.
To restore a purchase on a new device, use Restore purchases in Settings.

If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support.

TableMacros Coach subscriptions

TableMacros Coach is a separate subscription from TableMacros Premium. Coach does not include Premium, and Premium does not include Coach. Clients link to a coach for free with an invite code after they confirm they are 18 or older and agree to share. Only the coach pays. What a coach can and cannot see, how unlinking works, and what deletion removes are in the Privacy Policy.

US prices, shown again before you pay:

Coach 20 (up to 20 linked clients): $19.99 per month or $199.99 per year.
Coach 50 (up to 50 linked clients): $34.99 per month or $349.99 per year.

Local prices may vary and are the prices shown before purchase. Every Coach plan has a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. A trial is once per store account. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a paid plan.

On Android, Coach is purchased through Google Play. Payment is charged to your Google Play account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends if you started one.
The iPhone app does not sell Coach in this version. Invite and share links open a join page that has no checkout.
Your subscription renews automatically at the price and period shown until you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancel a Google Play subscription in Google Play.
A lapsed Coach subscription keeps existing client links read-only for 30 days. The coach cannot add clients or send orders during that time. After 30 days those links expire. Clients can unlink at any time, including during the read-only period.
Cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of the paid period. We do not give partial refunds. Any refund required by law is handled through [email protected]. Seat limits are 20 linked clients on Coach 20 and 50 on Coach 50. A link that is active or read-only uses a seat. Unlinked and expired links do not.

Founding testers

Founding testers who leave their email are on the launch list. We'll email that address when the apps launch. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle signup emails. Paid subscriptions, when you choose one, are charged by Apple, Google, or Stripe as described above.

Free features

Core search, planning and logging may be offered for free. We may change which features are included in Premium, but won't remove features you've already paid for during a paid period.

Trademarks

Restaurant names and logos belong to their owners. TableMacros isn't affiliated with or endorsed by any restaurant.

No warranty and limits

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, Montgomery Appworks LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, USA, except where your local consumer law says otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date here. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
